How do I cancel my subscription ?

Email support@realpokertraining.com to cancel your subscription. Your cancellation will be processed within 2 business days. Please make sure to contact us 2 days in advance of your renewal to avoid being charged for the following month. Your access will continue until your renewal date, regardless of the date you cancelled.

What is your refund policy ?

We do not offer refunds.

What format are your videos available in ?

Can I share my account with a friend ?

Sharing your account is strictly prohibited. This is against our policy and will result in the suspension of your account. Suspicious login patters are investigated.

Can I access RPT and watch videos from a different computer then I normally use ?

Yes. You can access RPT from any computer with access to the internet. You can watch videos with any computer equipped with an Adobe Flash player. Suspicious login patterns are investigated, so it is always a good idea to let us know beforehand if you plan on using more then 1 computer to access our website.

How often do you release new videos ?

We put up a new video every weekday, and new articles on the weekends.

Can I watch videos on a Mac or Linux ?

Yes you can stream the videos with Adobe Flash on any of these operating systems.


Can I download the videos to use on my Ipod ?

No. Unfortunately at this time our videos are not downloadable and we do not support any portable media. We are investigating the practicality and may possibly add support for this in the future.
